Please email hello@khanfilms.com or call +91 98880 81492 to discuss your requirements. Dates, crew, deliverables and pricing are subject to confirmation in a written quotation or project agreement. A website visit or initial enquiry does not create a confirmed booking.
Project-specific terms
Before committing to a project or making a payment, review and agree the applicable scope, schedule, fees, taxes, payment milestones, revisions, approvals and delivery arrangements. Any deposit, cancellation charge, postponement cost or refund condition must be stated in the applicable project terms. This website does not impose a standard non-refundable deposit, cancellation percentage or refund deadline.
Changes, cancellation and refunds
If you need to change or cancel an agreed project, contact us using the details above and identify the project and requested change. The agreed project terms and applicable law determine how cancellation, rescheduling, work already completed, third-party commitments and any refund are handled. No wording on this page removes mandatory consumer rights.
Delivery and usage rights
Delivery dates, formats, review rounds, final approvals, raw footage, archival arrangements and licences or ownership transfers should be agreed for each project. Payment or receipt of a preview does not itself define or expand rights beyond the agreement and applicable law.
