Eligibility for Refunds

• Graphic Designing: Full refund if the initial concept or design is not delivered within the agreed timeframe. Up to two rounds of revisions allowed. Partial refund considered if unsatisfied after revisions.

• Video Editing: Up to two rounds of revisions allowed if final video doesn't meet specifications. Partial refund considered if unsatisfied after revisions.

• Music Mastering: Up to two rounds of revisions allowed if final track doesn't meet specifications. Partial refund considered if unsatisfied after revisions.

• Website Designing: Full refund if the initial design or prototype is not delivered within the agreed timeframe. Up to two rounds of revisions allowed. Partial refund considered if unsatisfied after revisions.

Requesting a Refund

1. Contact Us: Email [your contact email] within 7 days of receiving the final deliverable, detailing your concerns.

2. Review Process: Our team reviews your request and the work completed, contacting you for additional information if needed.

3. Resolution: Resolution provided within 14 days, potentially including additional revisions, a partial refund, or a full refund in rare cases.

Non-Refundable Services

• Approved and accepted deliverables.

• Fully completed and delivered services.

• Costs associated with third-party services or software.

Cancellation Policy

• Before Work Begins: Full refund.

• After Initial Concepts: 50% refund of the total project cost.

• After Final Deliverable: No refund.

Exceptions

• At our discretion, refunds may be offered outside of the stated policy if warranted.
