Client Responsibilities

• Timely Communication: Responding promptly to our communications and requests for information.

Intellectual Property

• Ownership: You retain ownership of any pre-existing materials provided to us. We retain ownership of original content created by us until payment is received.

• Usage Rights: Upon payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the final deliverables.

Payment Terms

• Invoices: Issued upon project commencement and completion.

• Payment Due: Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.

Termination

• By Client: You may terminate the project at any time, subject to our cancellation policy.

• By Khan Films: We reserve the right to terminate the project if terms are violated or payment is not received.

Limitation of Liability Khan Films is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Changes to Terms We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
